This evening I (briefly) visited the opening of the Photomarathon Exhibition 2011, where a hell of a lot of photos were to be seen, and drink to be drunk. Unfortunately I was banned from partaking in the latter due those pesky kids painkillers, so I’ve made a quick exit after the judging. My ‘Movement‘ photo got a red sticker, which apparently means the judges liked it. 12 hours well spent then

Having been in for a (very small) op today, and having a slight incident with blood pressure ‘in my boots’, I returned home to a rather nice collection of presents. Almost makes up for the embarrassing journey through the hospital in a squeaky wheelchair, as I made my escape.
