Well, here we are at the end of another year, but also at the end of my ‘Thing a Day’ project. I have to admit, it’s been a hell of a task. I totally underestimated how much work it would be. At the start of the year I was full of such determination and optimism, posting daily designs and illustrations, then I turned to photography, but as I became more wrapped up in Jammy Custard Studios, VAT and meetings I have to admit that it’s become more of a burden than the fun, motivating project I hoped it would be. I’m having an exceedingly lazy boxing day, so I thought I’d get some designs done ready for next year. Only 364 days to Christmas!    

I hope that you’ve all had a lovely day, today, with much merriment and overeating. I haven’t pigged out as much as usual, but I still feel a bit huge. I’m off to indulge in some alcamahol, so be good, have fun and I’ll see you again tomorrow!

After visiting some family today, my husband and I have received some early Christmas presents. What can I say? The people know us!
